The most popular commissions are family portraits, though I have been receiving more and more other children’s drawings, like dragons and jungles. The shop has examples of various options. If unsure please send us a photo and I will get back to you with a quote.

1. Buy your product in the shop.

2. Our preference is emailing photos of the drawings from a smartphone. Send the largest possible image (‘actual size’) size and photograph them straight above the drawing to avoid distortion. Alternatively, if you have a scanner at home, you can scan them in and send to us, please ensure you scan on the highest available settings, at least 600dpi. Email to hello@doodlepics.co.uk referencing your order number.

3. The portraits can be drawn on separate sheets of A4. We will respond to you within one/two days to let you know if the scan is usable. If the image is pencil and hard to read we may ask you to send us the original. If we do ask for the original, please send the original with recorded delivery (It will be returned with recorded delivery) to the following address: Doodlepics,

In normal times, It should be done in 1 to 2 weeks from the day the scan/drawing is approved (depended on the complexity of the drawing and time of the year). If you need it fast, please contact me directly.

The giclee print will be printed with vibrant inks using the latest technology on heavy smooth art acid-free archival paper. The inks are pigment inks, which are archival quality and fade resistant.

Once you have ordered your artwork, we will store your digital image and you can reorder further products at anytime. You can also change the background colour for a small extra cost. See here for extra copies.

FREE postage in the UK – Royal Mail Tracking Service. International will be tracked where possible. The print is wrapped in tissue and will be sent in a solid cardboard tube. All frames shipped in the UK are for next day delivery. If you’d like an upgrade to a tracked service, we can arrange that for you at your cost.

The products that are bespoke and personalised have no return or exchange policy. We always confirm the print with you before sending it to the printer. If items get lost in the mail, and the item has not been delivered within 21 days of postage, we will resend you a replacement. Do contact us if you are unhappy about your product.

Photography is done accurate as possible to reflect size, detail and colour. Together with the item description we try to give you maximum information to understand the item. Due to the photography and computer screen settings the colours might vary slightly.
